Tomasin Corrente

Tomasin Corrente (she/her/hers) is from Denver, Colorado and is a current Company Dancer at Dayton Ballet. She began training seriously at Colorado Ballet Academy at age seven and had the opportunity early on to perform alongside the company in their productions. At age eleven, she moved to Denver Ballet Theatre where she performed many soloist and principal roles in their full-length classical ballets. Upon high school graduation, Tomasin furthered her academic and artistic pursuits at Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. There, she performed featured roles such as the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, Summer Fairy in Cinderella, and Queen of the Dryads in Don Quixote, as well as original contemporary works choreographed and designed by David Ingram. In the summer of 2023, she made her professional debut with Zikr Dance Ensemble under artistic director David Taylor. Tomasin graduated from Butler with a BFA in Dance Performance in May of 2024. Since joining Dayton Ballet, she has performed roles such as Snow Queen in The Nutcracker, Zulma in Giselle, and Winter Fairy in Cinderella. Tomasin is so excited to join Dayton Dance Initiative for their 2026 Season!
